What you'll be doing

• Overseeing workflow for the entire creative department
• Ensuring the qualification of all requests for the creative department(client - event name - SP Ref. - Delivery date - Pilot + dedicated team - Expectations and needs - Next steps)
• Defining and optimising the planning of the creative team in real time
• Flow management, regularisation and temporisation
• Taking part in kick-offs
• Sourcing and qualifying the necessary freelancers in terms of creative expertise needed (graphics, scenography, video, motion, etc.)
• Identifing new freelance talents (qualification / CV / portfolio / book before e-meetings / presentation via Teams)
• Providing admin support: confidentiality charter / Quotes / Invoices / Payment

Must haves

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Skilled at working to tight deadlines
• An excellent communicator able to work with people at all levels from different functions
• Able to manage multiple projects, in a fast-paced environment
• Native/Fluent English and French skills

Nice to haves 

• Additional languages (other than English)
• Previous experience within the events space
