You have a keen eye for design, a creative passion and flair and are comfortable working on several projects simultaneously. You’re an organized planner who is collaborative by nature and you thrive when facing challenges. You relish working in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage multiple project deliverables.
What you'll be doing
- Overseeing workflow for the entire creative department
- Ensuring the qualification of all requests for the creative department(client - event name - SP Ref. - Delivery date - Pilot + dedicated team - Expectations and needs - Next steps)
- Defining and optimising the planning of the creative team in real time
- Flow management, regularisation and temporisation
- Taking part in kick-offs
- Sourcing and qualifying the necessary freelancers in terms of creative expertise needed (graphics, scenography, video, motion, etc.)
- Identifing new freelance talents (qualification / CV / portfolio / book before e-meetings / presentation via Teams)
- Providing admin support: confidentiality charter / Quotes / Invoices / Payment
Must haves
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Skilled at working to tight deadlines
- An excellent communicator able to work with people at all levels from different functions
- Able to manage multiple projects, in a fast-paced environment
- Native/Fluent English and French skills
Nice to haves
- Additional languages (other than English)
- Previous experience within the events space
