You’re passionate about events and have proven experience managing end-to-end projects for your clients and ensuring high quality, on-time delivery of work. You have planning and organizational skills embedded in your DNA, are a ninja negotiator and a hard-core multitasker. You are not afraid to pick up the phone to resolve issues with clients and do not leave any stone unturned looking for ways to generate new business. A considerate leader with great listening skills, you enjoy managing and mentoring team members and acting as point person for clients and other external stakeholders.

What you'll be doing

• Present EGG's expertise to your clients to develop opportunities to grow our accounts
• Attend kick-off and coordination meetings to our proposal is aligned with the clients’ expectations
• Provide strong consultation to clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Guide and advise event project managers
• Develop a trusting relationship with your clients
• Be key to resolving client issues
• Negotiate contracts 
• Monitor financials
• Train teams on customer tools and processes

Must haves

(We really mean it. Candidates who do not meet the following criteria will not be considered.)

• 10 + years in Account Management in an agency 
• A valid work permit in the country of your application
• Fluent English and French
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• High level of resilience
  
• Strong leadership skills in motivating colleagues in a manner that enhances working relationships and encompasses EGG's brand and values
• Have charisma and an innate ability to adapt your approach to your clients

Nice to haves

• Any other language skill (except English)
• Ability to think innovatively
• Great listening skills and able to digest information and present it in a succinct manner
