    ESG Specialists work on how egg improves its environmental, social, and governance impact in practice.

    They help turn ESG goals into concrete initiatives, tracking progress, supporting implementation, and making sure reporting is accurate and useful.

    The role involves working across teams to embed more responsible ways of working, from sustainability efforts to internal practices and supplier standards.

    This suits people who are structured, curious, and motivated by impact that is measurable, not just theoretical.
