Talent Acquisition (TA)
Our TA team brings new people into egg and helps shape how we grow.
They work closely with hiring managers to understand needs, define roles clearly, and find people who fit both the skills and the way we work. This includes sourcing, interviewing, and guiding the selection process.
They don’t just fill roles—they help improve how we attract talent over time, based on what works in practice, not theory.

Our HR Leads support employees throughout their journey at egg.
They handle onboarding, employee relations, policies, and development support, making sure people have what they need to work well and grow.
They also help maintain a fair and consistent environment: balancing company needs with individual situations, and improving how processes work in real life, not just on paper.
This role suits people who are empathetic and good at handling complexity, listening carefully, and turning issues into workable solutions.
