IT Support is the first point of contact when something doesn’t work—and the reason most things do.
They handle hardware and software issues, support users, and keep systems up and running across the business. The focus is simple: fix problems quickly and prevent them from happening again.
You’ll work closely with teams across the company, helping people stay productive without overcomplicating things.
This role suits people who are patient, practical, and solution-oriented. You’re comfortable dealing with different types of users, and you don’t stop at quick fixes—you look for root causes.

Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)
The CISO is responsible for how we protect our systems, data, and people.
They define and lead our security strategy, making sure our infrastructure, processes, and partners meet the right standards, without slowing the business down.
This means balancing risk and practicality: setting clear policies, improving awareness, and responding effectively when issues arise.
This role is strategic, pragmatic, and able to influence the organization at many levels.
