    Our Event Project Managers lead the end-to-end delivery of events, transforming ideas into seamless, high-impact experiences. They manage timelines, budgets, logistics, and vendors while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution.

    Thriving in fast-paced environments, they anticipate risks, solve challenges, and consistently deliver events that meet client objectives and exceed expectations.

  • Account Lead

    Our Account Leads oversee Healthcare client accounts, ensuring consistent, high-quality event delivery. They guide production teams, align processes with client expectations, and collaborate closely with Key Account Directors and Project Managers.

    With strong operational and strategic focus, they drive best practices, manage complexity across markets, and ensure seamless execution from start to finish.

  • Event Producer

    Our Event Producers turn creative concepts into impactful event experiences. They translate client visions into clear plans, managing budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure seamless delivery.

    Working cross-functionally with creative and technical teams, they align all elements to deliver cohesive, high-quality events. In fast-paced environments, they balance creativity with precision to bring ideas to life.

  • Delegate Manager

    Our Delegate Managers ensure a seamless and high-quality attendee experience. They manage registrations, travel, and communications, supporting guests from onboarding through event delivery.

    Working closely with cross-functional teams, they anticipate needs, resolve issues, and ensure every interaction reflects a high standard of service.
