What you’ll be doing

• Work on venue sourcing for RFPs and awarded projects. Négotiation with suppliers Find the best options for the projectUnderstand the client's needs and objectives
• Manage venue selection creatively and proactively
• Manage the complete offer in regards to all logistics and destination aspects
• Draft of the ppt recommendation and establishment of the relative budget
• Manage the selection of and negotiation with logistic service providers
• Participate to face to face and online client pitches

Must haves

(We really mean it. Candidates who do not meet the following criteria will not be considered.)

• At least 3-5 years of event and project management experience
• Excellent knowledge of events in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry, including their specific challenges and constrains
• Fluency in both English and French (No scrambled oeufs at egg, svp.)
• Solid experience working on RFPs
• Resourceful and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Innovative and creative out-of-the-box thinking
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Budget creation and management experience
• Excellent supplier knowledge and negotiating skills

Nice to haves

• Fluency in other languages (in addition to English and French)
