As a 3D Designer at our experiential event agency, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing creative visions to life. Using your exceptional 3D modeling and rendering skills, you’ll craft detailed and realistic designs that bridge the gap between imagination and reality. What you’ll be doing

• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors and Event Managers to interpret their vision and translate it into stunning 3D renders.
• Transform creative concepts and spatial designs into detailed 3D visualizations, focusing on precision, detail, and accuracy.
• Ensure 3D designs align seamlessly with the overarching experiential vision of each project.
• Leverage industry-standard software to produce realistic renders, carefully considering lighting, textures, and spatial elements.
• Respond to feedback with agility, iterating on designs to ensure alignment with evolving creative concepts.
• Offer creative ideas and practical space solutions
• Contribute to cross-functional teamwork, fostering a collaborative approach
• Ability to provide technical drawings for event production when needed
• Conduct event site visits

Must haves

(We really mean it. Candidates who do not meet the following criteria will not be considered.)

• Fluency in spoken and written English. (No scrambled oeufs at our agency, please!)
• A Bachelor’s degree in 3D Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience as a 3D Designer, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in spatial design visualization.
• Proficiency in industry-standard  software, particularly in modelling with SketchUp and rendering on Enscape or Lumion
• Strong adaptability to evolving creative concepts and ability to offer innovative design solutions.
• Collaborative and solution-oriented attitude
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional, cross-cultural teams.
• Based and eligible to work in Dubai.

Nice to have

• Fluency in additional languages besides English.
• Prior experience in the experiencial event industry
