Are you tech-savvy person and looking for a fun, hands-on job in the event world? As an Event Tech Assistant, you’ll help make sure our events run smoothly, by managing apps, handling notifications, and making everything work behind the scenes. If you like staying organized, solving problems, and are ready to jump in with both feet, this role is for you!

What you'll be doing:

• Help upload content to the event app (think: images, schedules, documents).
• Create simple guides for users (like "How to Download the App").
• Test the app to make sure it works perfectly before the event.
• Be ready to fix any tech issues that come up during the event.
• Assist participants on-site if they need help with tech.
• Manage live streaming and online engagement during the event.
• Gather reports after the event to see how everything went.

Must-haves:

(We really mean it. Candidates who do not meet the following criteria will not be considered.)

• Fluency in spoken and written English & French (No scrambled oeufs at Egg, please.)
• Basic tech skills (Excel, Word, apps).
• Ability to stay calm and organized, even when things get busy
• Curiosity and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
• Good communication skills for interacting with teams and participants.

Nice-to-haves:

• Fluency in Spanish, Italian, or German
• Experience with event apps or similar tech platforms
• Interest in events and technology.
