SENIOR EVENT MANAGER - DEDICATED PHARMA ACCOUNT (f/m/d)
At egg we make experiences. Real ones.
The kind that take creativity, sharp thinking, attention to detail and, every now and then, a sense of humour when everything changes five minutes before launch.
We work across countries, cultures and clients, so things move fast and no two days look the same. That's part of what we enjoy. It also means we need people who can stay calm under pressure, take ownership and care about getting things right.
No big egos. No hiding mistakes. No silent chickens in this nest.
Which brings us to you
You understand that great client experiences don't happen by chance. They are the result of strong processes, effective planning, clear accountability and teams that have the support they need to perform at their best.
You enjoy helping people succeed, bringing structure to complexity and ensuring that projects are delivered consistently, compliantly and efficiently. You're equally comfortable discussing account performance with senior stakeholders, mentoring project teams or stepping into an event when operational support is needed.
What you'll be doing
In this role, you will work 100% on one of our key pharmaceutical clients.
Lead the production and delivery of congresses, meetings, symposia and brand experiences, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with client requirements
Coach, mentor and support Project Managers and operational team members, helping develop capabilities and drive delivery excellence across the account
Partner with the Account Lead to monitor client satisfaction, operational performance, resource allocation and overall account health
Monitor SLAs, KPIs, compliance requirements and RAID logs, identifying risks, proposing solutions and driving continuous improvement
Oversee account financials, including budget consolidation, forecasting, reporting and operational performance tracking
Improve delivery standards, processes, templates, reporting tools and AI-enabled ways of working that increase efficiency and quality
What you’ll bring
(We really mean it. Candidates who do not meet the following criteria will not be considered.)
