You know how to keep projects moving without dropping any of the details. One minute you're coordinating attendee communications, the next you're working with suppliers, reviewing event logistics or making sure every deadline is on track. Whether it's a customer workshop, an advisory board or a major congress, you enjoy bringing structure to complex projects and helping create a seamless experience for participants. Organised, proactive and collaborative, you're the kind of person who takes ownership, stays calm under pressure and enjoys being part of a team delivering events that make an impact.
What you’ll be doing
In this position, you'll join a team fully dedicated to one of the world's leading medical technology companies.
Coordinate and deliver customer events, congresses, workshops and advisory boards from planning through to execution, including attendee management, logistics and on-site support
Support the implementation of client event processes, compliance requirements and operational standards across all project phases
Manage day-to-day communication with internal stakeholders, suppliers and participants to ensure smooth event delivery and a high-quality experience
Handle timelines, registrations, budgets, reporting and event-related administrative activities with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Work closely with teammates across multiple projects, proactively solving issues and contributing to the success of the wider client team
Must haves
(We really mean it. Candidates who do not meet the following criteria will not be considered.)
2–4 years of event management experience, including planning and delivering events from briefing through execution
Experience coordinating attendee management, logistics, suppliers and event operations across multiple projects
Ability to manage competing priorities and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
Good budget management and stakeholder coordination skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
Based in Brussels or Paris and available to travel regularly
Fluency in spoken and written English (No scrambled oeufs at egg, svp.)
Nice to haves
Experience within healthcare, medical devices or pharmaceutical events
Previous experience working in an event agency environment
Experience with event technology platforms such as Cvent is a great asset
Fluency in French and/or Dutch

Compensation
We aim to ensure consistency, transparency, and fairness across all our hiring decisions. The salary range for this position is based on our internal salary framework and external market benchmarks. Final compensation will depend on your experience, the level and scope of the role, and your specific location.
