What you’ll be doing

In this role, you will work 100% on one of our key pharmaceutical clients

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple large-scale, high-complexity projects, ensuring successful execution from briefing to close.

• Act as the senior point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships and advising on project strategy, delivery, and best practices.

• Drive collaboration across internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders while ensuring compliance with client standards, tools, processes, and healthcare regulations.

• Own project governance, including timelines, budgets, risk management, resource planning, and reporting.

• Anticipate challenges, manage escalation points, and confidently navigate high-pressure situations and last-minute changes.

• Mentor and support team members, contributing to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the business.

What you’ll bring

Experience & skills

• 8–10+ years of event project management experience within an event agency, including extensive experience working with pharmaceutical and/or healthcare clients.

• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements in Germany and internationally.

• Proven experience managing complex, international projects, multiple stakeholders, and significant event budgets.

• Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted advisor and influence senior client stakeholders.

• Advanced knowledge of delegate management tools, particularly Cvent, and strong operational project management skills.

• Fluency in spoken and written English and German. (No scrambled Eier at egg, bitte.)
